That is why here at the Eggele we are proud to serve you the very best of Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine. To start your day the perfect way, we provide a generous, varied and nutritious buffet breakfast. You have a choice of pastries or something more filling; help yourself and top up your energy levels with freshly baked cakes, homemade biscuits, crunchy muesli or delicious local sausages and cheeses. Many of these items are sourced from trusted local suppliers. We also serve excellent Italian coffee. In the evening, there's a warm welcome in our five traditional stube. And while our kitchen staff are preparing your delicious 3-course meal, you can sample some of the fine wines suggested by our junior chef and sommelier. We also arrange special themed dinners from time to time. After your meal, you can relax in good company in one of our stube. We like to join you for an enjoyable evening, chatting and sipping a glass of excellent wine.
